I occupy the space where systems engineering meets global fiduciary trust.
My journey has taken me from the tech hubs of Singapore and Silicon Valley to advising on digital economy policies across emerging markets. Today, I call Alberta home, where I am focused on a singular mission: Building the strategic and digital rails for the Green Premium.
Currently, I serve as a Senior Advisor within the Ministry of Technology and Innovation for the Government of Alberta, where I focus on innovation partnerships, ecosystem governance, and strategic policy. In parallel, as Chair of the IEEE P3469 Subcommittee, I work on architecting the digital frameworks and process models required to move environmental liabilities and energy assets toward verifiable, audit-ready data structures. Combined, this is the technical and regulatory bridge that can unlock high-velocity institutional capital from markets like Singapore and the global ASEAN region.

My focus centers on the “Vertical Stack” of economic and industrial transformation:

Provincial Innovation & Governance: Aligning public sector strategy, grant accountabilities, and regional tech ecosystems with long-term economic growth and global fiduciary standards.
Global Standards & Industrial Data: Driving consensus on international systems engineering standards to translate real-time operational data into trusted, bankable institutional assets.
Community & Municipal Enablement: Partnering with regional municipalities, academic institutions, and local organizations to operationalize practical digital literacy and AI-driven frameworks.
The Foundation: With an MBA from NTU Singapore (completed in partnership with Wharton and UC Berkeley) and a background spanning venture capital, business development, and technology strategy, I bring a structured “Technical-to-Financial” lens to every initiative. Whether navigating public policy framework logic or commercialization strategy, I focus on the ROI of trust.

Beyond the Boardroom: A keen follower of macroeconomics, global energy markets, and public administration, I believe sustainable growth requires both systemic design and real-world execution. Having navigated diverse global markets, my focus is firmly on helping Alberta and Canada lead the world in transparent, competitive, and bankable innovation ecosystems.
